FOR WHOM?
Our charity supports bilingual and multilingual families, as well as the professionals working with them.
We help educational institutions with bilingual pupils and assist refugee and immigrant organisations support children’s linguistic backgrounds.
We advise organisations, officials, and policymakers how to ensure that their laws, regulations, and policies comply with UN’s Convention of the Rights of the Child, article 30, which states that every child should have the chance to learn and use their heritage language(s).

HOW?
Bilingual Family develops free and low-cost publications, creates videos and printable materials, collates music playlists, and holds workshops, conferences and other events.
We translate resources into multiple languages to ensure accessibility.
Our charity will train a world-wide network of Bilingual Family Specialists to advise about raising bilingual and multilingual children in various languages. We will arrange talks, workshops, and training in different languages, both online and in communities across the world.

Our Story
Bilingual Family was founded as a charity in 2024 by former Ambassadors for the Erasmus+ Project PEaCH. PEaCH produced guides, videos, and other free materials on raising bilingual children, which can now be found on our website.
