Cecilia Tomasatti, Assoc CIPD, is a Learning and Development professional, project manager, and localization expert with significant experience in a leading multinational translation and localization company.

Cecilia serves as Secretary of the Board and Head of Product at Bilingual Family.

Born in northern Italy, Cecilia completed her higher education across Italy, Spain, and Lebanon, later earning an MA in Sociolinguistics as a Fulbright fellow in the U.S., where she specialized in language and identity among migrant communities. During this time, she discovered her passion for teaching as a TESOL instructor on campus.

Today, she oversees global learning programs, combining her enthusiasm for languages, cultures, and education to drive meaningful impact in the corporate world.
